Does Clinical Pharmacology Still Include Classifications and Chemical Structures?

Yes. Once a monograph opens, there are links to navigate to different sections. In order to conserve space, Clinical Pharmacology combines the classification and chemical structure into the description section, now called ”Description/Classification”. Notice the drop-down menu within the grey bar that will jump you to certain sections.
