The Patent Report allows you to search drug product patent and exclusivity information as provided by the FDA Orange Book Addendum by either a drug name or an expiration date range. Only products with active patents and exclusivities are reported; once a patent or exclusivity expires, it will be removed at the next update.
From the Clinical Pharmacology home page, click the Reports menu and select Patent Report.
Select By Drug Name.
From the Search Drug Product text box, enter a drug name or drug product (e.g., Lipitor).
Click Go (or press the ENTER key on your keyboard).
